Anyone else have a problem cancelling he viral visitors program through Doug Williams? I've cancelled my account at the site 5 times, and saved a screen shot each time. I STILL get the OBNOXIOUS spam from this annoying person DAILY. I've reported him for spamming, but he replies "O)h they OPTED IN" and fails to mention he ignores cancellation.

I thought I'd post here and get some ideas. Next step is the State of California to fine him for spamming because I have PROOF I've asked him to stop.
