I have a tiny request. When a PO has a beef with one member. Keep it between you and that member.
I wish I wouldnt get emails about why this PO had a problem getting a complaint from this member and so on.
Its called one on one service, if someone complains to you, respond to to complainer not to me.
On top of that there is always some threat that follows. Stop mass mailing your memebers about it, I even saw one PO mass mailing members the email addresses of people she was going to delete because of bounce back emails.
LOL those members she was trying to reach wouldn't get the emails. Yet I now have a list of email addresses.
This is one main and easy way to start fights with your membership.
Just some advice
Thank YOu

I really wish some POs would take notice of this timley advice you have given. I am a little over get mass mailed with such emails. This behaviour can only be described as unprofetional. These types of email breed an enviroment that makes it hard to comunicate with a PO.
For example; With my account sitting at $9.87 and cashout being at $10 I received and email from a PO that will remain namless stating "Tisk, Tisk" and explaining how someone complained that they weren't being paid quickly enough. This PO then went on to say that he made payments in the first 24 hours to members that had cashed out and this person had complained sooner than that (12 hours). The nameless PO wrote tthe terms and aggreement stated payment would be made within 45 days and that if people complained then it will take the full 45 days for them. OK fair enough............but I have never compained and have only helped and notified this PO with the faults and flaws of his site, of which there have been a couple.
I hit cashout about 4 days ago and I can tell you that he doesn't pay all his members in 24 hours. I can also tell you I am not to keen to contact him to ask politly if I will see my $10 before Christmas. Well maybe this is the function of this email to pre-bully members into being to afraid of contacting the PO to ask such questions.
I don't much like being generally reffered to as "Kids".
I thought we signed up to be members..............not treated like childen.
Thanks for reading this looooong one.
Peace

You both have a valid point, if I have an issue with a member (doesnt happen very often thank goodness) I or my partner email the member, not the whole membership. Personally I feel that is the right thing to do.

Nice Work
I think most POs must operate thusly as I don't recieve these sort of mass mailed emails from many Progs at all. I understand sometimes there is the need for an issue to be raised with the entire member base. But every 2nd or 3rd day "Tisk' Tisk" anyways I have vented back to my ZEN place "OooMMm"
thanks for taking the time to respond just_me. I am glad you see the obvious benefits of this one on one mode of communication.
Peace

Some of you reading this thread probably know the Program I have been writing about so just as a follow up to this and to set things right. I have been now been payed by this PO/Program. After a quick communication the payment went through lightning fast.
$10 in my account with friendly service.
thanks
