I'm sorry but if you don't have credit card I don't think there is a way to get it verified I guess if you could get somekind of a debid card it could help but I don't know much about those....sorry

I don't know if they have this in India.
We have an account and we have a atm card that has the visa logo on it and can be used as either a credit card or an atm card.
The bank is soon changing it to be a Visa check card but you may want to look into that option at your bank or a bank in your area.

Mani, yes. Tying it to your Visa or MasterCard debit card will get you verified. That is how I did it many moons back.

Hi Mani, you can not use paypal from India with ANY type of credit card. Only way for an Indian to use Paypal is by opening an US bank account. Search this forum and online payment systems forum for * US bank account *, you will get some excellent advice.

Or just stick to e-gold and Moneybookers.
