Don't want my mailboxes and PM's to be filled with offers I didn't ask for...so I call this spam !

Many spam has this sentence in it "This is not a spam!". This guy doesn't believe it is a spam does not mean it is not.
tipsy
YES!!! It is definetely spam and you can report him to that company it was trying to promote for it... You advertised which isn't spam and you didn't ask for him to advertise to you personally and if I understand spam that's what it means to advertise something no one asked about receiving the information. Hope you can get him to quit...

The gentleman has email me a few times and is not very polite, his account has been deleted as I do class it as spam, plus the address he email you with is different from what he sign up with, and want I do not get is he works for a website, so he should know the rules.

now to clarify something i cant report him for spam cause the report goes to him cause he is the admin for the company he was advertising
now what do yall think of that?
sophieca
Ouch, another webmaster who doesn't know the basics of GetPaidTo rules.....I wouldn't join his site !
Yumeko
Yea. I think it is spam. He sent you an email benefitting himself without your permission. But wow, never thought gptr rules were so complicated and many.
