I joined themoonemails about 3 months ago and paid to go platinum which allowed me to cash out once a month no min 5 paid emails and 200 ptcs. Now with the new look site i am no longer getting what i paid for is anyone else getting this problem. When i email the WM my emails keep bouncing. I am getting fed up with WM changing there memberships and payouts to suit them.

The same happened to me, although when I wrote to WM per the contact link at the site, I did receive an email reply...in Chinese or some other Asian script which might as well be hieroglyphics to me.

Surprise, surprise...when I replied to that email, asking for a response in English, please, I never hear another word...in any language.

I think I might have posted this somewhere else, but in case you all didn't see it... I have had decent luck getting ahold of whoever is running this site by emailing rewards @ themoonemail.com. At least that's the address I send my gold member ads to and they get sent, so he/she must be receiving them. I got that same jibberish response when emailing the webmaster addy, so if you haven't tried rewards you may as well give it a shot.

like my thread says, we're going through the changes and just finding new ways to get scammed. Maybe this is why so many people from those countries are banned from joining most sites....

New look or old look, the webmaster is still the same thief.

Not only has he stolen our plat memberships, this is what has happened to me:

He ignored the first 6 weeks of ads that I sent in
He ran my banners in the PTC section USING OTHER REFERRAL LINKS
I had redeemed earnings two months ago (over $16), no payment at all. Now its a new site, that credit has been debited from my account.

This webmaster is a theif - simple as that.

I was upgraded up to Diamond. I don't know if it's because I emailed the WM or not but any former Platinum members that haven't been upgraded, try emailing. I got no response at all but I got my correct upgrade so I'm happy. I am off to post this in my thread.

And sarsons, is it just me or is the only time I see you when something is wrong? You must have the worst luck, I'm sorry.

Last time they changed the platinum benefits, the old members could keep theirs when emailing them.
So, I mailed to webmaster@themoon.... to ask for diamond instaid or 3 ads weekly as it was.
Can't hurt to give it a polite try!
