This is my first proper post so be gentle on me. I have been viewing this site for a couple of weeks now and i would like to personally thank you all for the helpfull advice and coments through out the board. Now time to complain !!!!!

i am an active member of catchtraffic and was surfing for credits when i spotted a banner that said best prices around!! , always on the lookout for cheap advertising (as we all are) i clicked on it to find out 10000 guarnteed visitors for $15 plus signups and other packages, so thinking that the counter was quiet low they where trying to get some hits before raising the prices , I foolishly forked out the $15 for 10000 and another $5 for 3000 hits. The mesage said that it would be set up within 48hrs. You guessed 48hrs later no email or sign of any hits. So I use their on site contact to enquire once, once agian we will reply in 48hrs. You guessed again no email or sign of hits. So I use their on site contact again saying that if I didnt hear back in a day I would cancell. You guessed once again no email or sign of any hits. So ( sorry if this sounds repetative) I use the contact say that I want my money back and that iam going to report them to clickbank who charged my credit card. I then went to clickbank to try and email and i found out that the webmaster is the same as catchtraffic and that i have also been billed by catchtraffic. If anyone could give me some advice on what to do or how to contact a Mr Robert Norton(think thats right) please post a reply or contact me asap. Iam getting sick of waiting for an email which will probably never arrive.

FYI: Hello, I'm robert norton, I'm a co-owner of catchtraffic (im actually the web developer). I do not have anything to do with gettraffic.org. though I talked to the owner and he will resolve your problems.

Its funny how everyone seems to Know the owner and will tell him to get in contact with me, but yet I still havent heard anything. Everyone is saying, so what is your problem and who did you order off !!!

Maybe its just me but up there you said Robert Norton (first post) now your saying Robert Tigner. FYI We are two different people, though we are friends. I have not talked to robert since probly saturday (he has been busy just like every other working american). I'll call him later on this afternoon.

Just to let everyone Know that I have talked to Robert Tigner and he has told me that i can have my money back when I send him my order ids which I never recieved. I have told him that and give him all the information I have. Still no money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got an email from clickbank telling me that my $20 was on its way and to allow up to 10 days to recieve it. I would just like to point out that i dont like to complain and the only problem was that i had found a company with very few hits to its site, placed an order and required about it a few times and when i had no reply i panicked and asked for my money back. It took longer than i thought so i got annoyed, but hopefully this is the end of the matter.
