These CAC sites are horrible man.. I lost some bucks & most of my referrals in ElectroEmail, I had a good number of referrals, now left 6 directs & 3 on level 2, nothing from level 3 onwards.

Hi,
you have joined under me and I have seen the same drop in my stats (and I have lose about 5$ in my account). I have contacted webmaster about 1 weekago for the same probelm (I've lost 3 levels and about 100 referrals) and this was his answer:
- I have fixed database
- I have deleted pending/inactive accounts
- Some members deleted their membership
...
"I`m sorry for your loses, but I have to assume all accounts are now correct. Frank at CAC assures me that all is correct"
I hope he'll fix this problem asap.

I don't think so
I have a webmaster(james_otto) on level 2 & don't know why I only have one referral on level 3 now
James_otto only has one direct?

I am trying to answer private messages and support messages regarding this - now I see I have to post here as well. I am trying my best to be in three places at once.
I know you are all upset, but this is very frustrating and annoying for me too.
Yes I was one of the last to get the earning/referral fix, because the site was down for so long.
Frank told me all was correct, am I supposed to call him a liar and dis-believe what he say`s.
I remember my email to tuttologist it was some time ago and around the time of the host move, this was when the fix was completed.
Other webmasters are having this same problem, it is not just Electro.
We are all looking for a solution to this.

I also wonder why the new update will delete account as stated in the help me!! thread.
I suggest you to keep a backup copy of your site before the update and try to seek the problem.

i don't think that the problem with the scripts in the first place was just duplicate referrals. i noticed something strange a long time before this "fix" was announced. one week i would have 5 unique referrals. a week or so later i would still have 5 referrals but instead of 5 different names i had 2 or 3 names repeated over and over. i just assumed it was showing up on my stat page wrong. i think this "fix" fixed the wrong thing.
i know that the referrals i had in the first place were unique because i know who signed up. i don't have a major downline in any program so it did not affect my earnings much.
i just thought i would point this out. there are a lot of members of these programs who are losing referrals and earnings by mistake. i am not calling frank at cac or anyone else a liar. it was probably an honest mistake.

I've the account back after joining again and Electro moving all refs under me again.
Also, Gypsydad is gone for me and EFC gets the award for the strangest problem: 'You need to confirm' blablabla ONLY when trying to see earnings!!!
