My platinum member ads only got 50 clicks last week (instead of the normal 500) and i didnt even get the email myself!

so i try to email them about it and they keep bouncing

i send in my platinum ads for this week and they are still bouncing

edited to ad that i just tried sending it to rewards@themoonemail.com That bounced too

i wonder if they are doing this on purpose so they dont have to send our ads

You got 500 clicks that is good i only get around 300-400 clicks. If you log onto themoonemail you will see

Just to say I read this, and have no idea how real it is...they have a mailer server prob. I am not puter literate and have no idea what this really means, but they are displaying it on the homepage, one I am a member of....we got it again, didn't we???

It feels pretty hokey, but I always try to believe the best. Time will tell, that's for sure. Good luck to all who have invested here, myself included.

I have my suspicions about that disclaimer too

My email ads didn't even run last week, but my banner did.

I know that when that message first went up, the PTCs weren't working. Now at least they seem to be working.

I sent in my weekly ads tonight. The first time they bounced back, but the second time they appeared to have gone through.

We'll see if we ever hear from this mystery webmaster again

Edited to add: Keep emailing rewards@ AND webmaster@, eventually it doesn't bounce back, that's the way it's always been lol

I am a relatively new plat member there, and so far the webmaster has:

Failed to send out 14 ads of mine

Ignored my emails for customer support

Put my banners up on the ptc area, with a DIFFERENT referral link to mine !!

This webmaster is a thief - that is my feeling anyway. I have reported him to gptboycott, as have others, and my reccommendation is to avoid this site like the plague.

(And you don't get paid either - I have been waiting weeks, well, months now)

Well I can say they DO pay, I was paid already...

But there is a real disturbing incident that's occured. I was a platinum member and now the site is back up and all of a sudden the high membership is Diamond and they have me as a f'ing GOLD MEMBER. I payed $40 to upgrade to platinum for no min payout and the ads, and now it looks like I'm being screwed. I emailed the WM, but they never respond. Also I get an email immediately back in something that looks like chinese....

I'm starting a thread called "going through the changes" that will speak on this and the issues with this site and with Tasia and Paybox.... please read if you like.

Same has happened to me ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH ****(&^%&**()*^%^*(&%^%&* that feels a little better I paid for platinum membership and now i am gold.

I just hope it is a mistake but i can not email the WM

Hello, I also am/was a Platinum Member, I emailed the WM at themoonemail
And Complained For about the 6th time since I joined ,About the bad deal platinum members are getting and how I am only listed as a gold , He emailed Me Back
Saying : All Platinum members have been upgraded to Diamond .

But ever since I Recieved that email , I cant get the site to load,
It just has a few crazy symbols displayed,

I was also a platinum member.
Just logged in.
It says on the frontpage "Hello Ad, youre a Diamond Member now"
So nothing is changed.
I got this Chinese mails too.
They're allright now.
Just try them again, i did and they work fine now.
The only thing that i don't like is that the timer is 30 seconds instead of 15.

Mine showed as Gold first, and now it's Diamond. I didn't complain about it... I didn't even notice it was called Diamond until now

Well, I have to admit that the webmaster has run the 4 solo ads which were owed to me, all within the past couple of days. Just keep emailing webmaster@ until it doesn't bounce... try try and try again, it works.

So I'm glad this one didn't just disappear -- I guess we just have to give the webmaster some time to get things done, between the site going up and down and up again . The emails are still numerous, the scripts are better, and heck, the site even looks prettier.

Let's see how it continues...
