I spent a few hours making sure I had the proper info selected in ALL my programs.
Several times I have gone back and found my country and some interests unchecked again. I am absolutely 100% positive that they were all checked properly.
This has happened several times on several programs, most recently YellowCat PTR and CashCrazy Mail.
Is this a script error? Can I do anything? I would really hate to be deleted because
the info is not checked.
Any advice would be appreciated

A lot of these programs have just had script updates.
Also one webmaster told us that they had started sending area-specific emails as of now and to check that your country hasn't been deleted. Mine had been.

I was having this problem, too. I then realized, that when you select your country and/or interests (or make any other changes to your account information) BEFORE you click the ''save changes'' button ..... you MUST type in your password in the box to the left.
Once I started doing that, I haven't had any problems with the information not being saved/updated.

Just be sure to double check that you didn't put your password in the DELETE ACCOUNT box by mistake. I almost done that.

here's a quick fix...
"LOG OUT" before doing the update. That usually helps.

Thanks for your replies. I have been entering my password... but I will try to log out and log in again. Maybe that will help
