I just login & checked my balance, I lost my hundreds of points, all are now zeroed & they did not make the payment owned to me. When I start clicking the paid links, new points are added now.

same here...they zero out my previous points, did not pay me, and I have a minus balance...the points I click now are added to the minus pts...

it's like paying off a mortgage...apparently I still owe them points?

I have had the same problem with Ratemail. I had asked for payment twice in August with no response. I have since sent them at least 4 emails asking about payment since my account was reset to 0. I had assumed that payment was on the way when they reset account so I clicked some more tasks. When I realized I had not received the payment I sent another email and requested payment for the new points.

I have YET to receive a response from the webmaster. This is ridiculous. It looks like the only time they paid was when you requested payment when they first launched. Now they arent making payments anymore and no responses.

My points were zeroed out too. When I first signed on I got an invalid error when I tried to look at my account balance. I wrote to the webmaster, but got no response. I know I lost 100's of points.

about ratemail i wrote them over and over again and this is the answer i got seems to be he doesn't care much about members

Well,I think I got paid 7 cents in the beginning.Now I have minus700point=I'm supposed to owe them7cent!
So,I should view 70 sites,get around 300 popups, to get back
to ZERO.I DON'T THINK SO!!!!!! LOL
