I lost around 5-6 cents, 25 direct referrals & tons of indirect referrals, what happened?

I had 47 cents the other day & more levels of referrals. Anyone has any idea or got similar problem with 1000 levels?

My guess is they did the upgrade that was also buggy.

Seems that there is a script bug in the system that had it so a lot of members
were being credited with earnings and referrals that did not actually exist!
I asked Frank of CAC what to do about the multiple names in peoples referral
levels a while back. I was wondering if people had been cheating and I couldnt
figure it out. He told me it was fine in so many words.

Well now I hear its not. I have not credited any members for any redemptions
asked for the last 3 days and havent let members know until now b/c I wanted
to get it fixed 1st. People had asked me about it several times and I told
them what I was told..which was completely wrong information.

Just so people know you have not or will not lose any legitimate earnings.
Ones you will lose are only b/c they didnt exist in the 1st place. I'm still
waiting for the fix to come to me..who knows how long that will take. The
fix hasnt been completed yet to my knowledge as the 1st fix made wasnt good
enough.
One webmaster was alerted to the problem and took action right away,
(no it was not PenniesByEmail as some may have heard, they just alerted
their members after using the 1st fix). I was asked by PBE how to get rid
of the extra members that didnt exist and told them I didnt know but was
working on it and would let them know.

I was trying to find out myself
at the time how to get the extras removed so that they wouldnt be showing
in members downlines though I wasnt aware that it was affecting earnings
as I was lead to believe otherwise. I will not be sending redemptions out
to those that have asked until this is fixed. Sorry but hang on a extra
day or 2 please.

On another note, I found out on Wednesday that I am pregnant and will be
cutting my hrs down on the computer some. I will not be on here 12-18 hours
a day anymore. I will answer emails and send out mailings off and on between
the hours of 8am PST and 8pm PST only. This will not be 12 hours straight
either so if I dont answer you right away anymore please be patient. I will
get to you sometime in a 24 hour period.

Don't worry. Once they turn back to the old script or a new upgrade is out. The problem will be over.

i'm missing a little bit, 2 referals and 5 cents.

I know for a fact that 1000 Levels, and its parent company, DollarsByEmail are CAC companies.

He also did a server move recently, and was shut out of his old account before he could transfer all his records over. He was able to get back in recently, and get those, though.

He's a really nice guy, and I remember him once sending out an email that registered as being worth only 1 cent at DBE, even though he had raised the rate to 1.1 cent. He sent out an apology for the program glitch, and made sure everybody got the extra tenth of a cent for it, which must have been a lot of extra work for him.

Any program owner who's so scrupulously honest that he will do a lot of extra work because of a glitch just so the members don't lose a tenth of a cent, is tops in my book!
