Do you know something about the searches?
I'm not allowed to search, so I shouldn't click on searches in paid mails? (I didn't select search as an option)
And what about the PTC searches?
I just don't want to be deleted...

if the searches are in the regular ptc, it's up to randy to separate them as a webmaster if he doesn't want members not to click them if they aren't allowed.
so if i was in a country that wasnt allowed to search and i saw searches in the regular ptcs, i'd click them and do a search.
if you don't have search checked off and you get search emails, then make a search anyways cuz its not your fault if he sends you the search emails.
i separate my searches and so do a lot of webmasters.
those that dont separate the searches, can't delete members for searching or clicking cuz they make the mistake.
thats one of the reasons why i quit some programs because they send the searches to all countries yet say if you are from so and so country if you click you get deleted
and that's not right.
adding:
if you see a get paid 2 search page, then you can't search if you aren't from the right country to make a search.

i wouldn't click if i wasn't allowed to search. better to be safe than sorry. I think if an ad says 'international search' or 'everyone can search' its safe, but i am not sure which engines have country restrictions...

speaking as a webmaster, my points above are valid.
if a member is not allowed to search and the webmaster doesn't separate the searches, if the member clicks and searches, it's the webmasters fault.
because randy is on cc scripts and he can target searches to only countries like most of us do.
I'm in nutcase and I see that he mixes in searches.
some of the searches are from advertisers and if they don't ask randy or a webmaster to target, and its sent to someone who can't search, then that member has a right to click the search link.
Like I said, I only send my searches to targetted countries unless its international, whether it's mine or an advertisers.

I think the problem is that his ads are sold as paid mail to all. He mixes all those ads together in one mail. Most advertisers obviously don't ask him to target them to only those who want to search. The advertisers that do specify to target to searchers only, their ads are sent as "paid to search" emails.
From his terms:

Searches:
Our Search program: VERY IMPORTANT is open to Canada,US,Australia,Austria,Belgium,Denmark,Finland,France,Germany,Greece,Iceland,Italy,Netherlands,New Zealand,Norway,Portugal,Spain,Sweden,Switzerland and United Kingdom only! If you do not live in one of those countries, or not interested in making valid searches, DO NOT SELECT SEARCH FOR AN OPTION |
So if you are not from one of those countries, I would not search. If he sees that you have clicked on a search link, he has grounds to cancel your account.

you're not reading his terms the correct way.
the person who started this topic does not have searches checked off.
she's talking about the regular searches in the regular paid emails.
and she can search those if she wants to because until Randy or any other wm separates searches, the member should not be penalized.
so it is not against terms to search in regular paid emails.
It's up to the webmaster to fix his emails to separate the searches. It doesnt take that much extra time to separate.
I stand by my opinion that he cannot delete any member if he doesn't separate searches.
now if she had search checked off, that would be different. but she doesn't.
