lgwong, you can e-mail Noah to request your payment & close your account to get paid even if 1 cent. That's what Noah told us when we were still at RM Delphi Forum industry hotline which closed down last October.

I had around $28 that time & I asked Noah to close my account & pay me by PayPal. He paid me but my account is still there. :biggrin:

I did not like CashSurfers. Every time I brought up that bar it usually froze my PC and I would have to reboot and I simply could not get anywhere. So I cancelled my account.

I hated Cash Surfers, I only had about 19 cents in my account after like a month. The rates are too low for my taste.

I have 20+ referrals and i earn 1.5$ a month!!!

I added that CashSurfer last week. I got a deal saying if I search on their website search engine, each search and visit will pay. It was one of those popups and when I checked my account, there was nothing saying anything. I hope this is not true what you all posted. It would make it looked like I got swept in to something that I did not know. It was Cashsurfers that brought me here in the first place, but the referrals builder program kicked it all off.

I just got paid by cashsurfers a couple days ago. Their rates may be really low but I don't think you can fault them for that. I think they're pretty honest too. Oh well, hopefully pay2surf might make a comeback at some point in the future. You never know ...
