They changed minimum payout to $25......Hit the unsubscribe button baby one more time

This is very bad news; I am afraid their emails would get a low clickthru rate. Very bad indeed for a program which has just started...
Can we help?

Ha! Here is a suggestion to all program owners. If you are going to rise the payout, you should first remove the unsubscribe button.
Hope this helps.

OMG!!! I am so upset!!!
I could see raising the payout to $10.00 or even $15.00, but $25.00?!?!
I would unsubscribe but I have 89 referrals. I guess if my referrals drop then I will too. This is very sad. Does anyone know if this webmaster is a member of one of the forums? I am afraid to email him/her directly for fear of repercussions.

I already did. Here's what I got:
As a single mom, I have to make a profit as well...and I had some help with this descision from a bunch of paid to read email companies:-) The advertisers are more happy and there will be more paid emails to click on:-)
I'm just wondering exactly which webmasters she was talking to!

She's already operating at a loss. Lowering advertising rates and sending 5 cent emails? The emails that were sent previously at only 1 cent. I am really good at math and this doesn't add up. And she is also going against searchtimes policies, so that source of income will be gone soon. She has a paid to click section with a banner from searchtimes. Um...not allowed. Why would she raise payout? I already told her that whether she owes members $1 or $500 she still owes the same amount. So what difference does it make if she pays them at $5 or $25. I think she is hoping that most members without downlines will never cash out. And that is exactly what will happen.

I was just on the terms page and it still says $5 payout. So until this is changed, payout is still $5!

Sounds like it won't stop at one increase, either. Just wait until/if someone gets close to $25...I might be unfair here, but I just have this hunch!

From the email that I received from her, it sounds like she is using members to pay her bills by paying for advertising. Do you really think this site will be here before anyone reaches payout?

When I got the email I wrote and asked what the reasoning was behind the increase as she did not give any reasons.
Here's what I got back - obviously doesn't realise that she will never get advertisers paying the kind of money for her to be able to send out 5c links!! Bad business ethics from the start and I cannot see this one olasting very long.
"""What does your email mean? So that way I will be getting more advertisers, and be able to pay the 5 cent email, and everyone will receive more emails to read, and reach the payout a lot faster this way:-)"""

This is my first time posting a message in one of these things:-)
Keeping up with three young children keeps me busy...lol
I just thought I'd pop in and say hi, as someone was very kind to send me the link so I can read what everyone had to say:-)
Starting a new program takes some getting used too, and sure leaves something to be desired at times..lol
But I'm enjoying it, and the wonderful support I've had has been tremendous. I guess I should introduce myself..My name is Terry from Greatwhite-paidemail.
I hear some of you had some issues and complaints. It's nice that you have a little support group to turn too:-)
I'm just starting out, so there's been bugs to work out in the program, or could it be my blond roots?lol...But for the life of me I couldn't figure out how to do the paid clicks in the email..with some determination, and some old fasion stubborness..I succeeded in sending my first paid email...haha..butttttttt it wasn't an advertisers...it was my own, as the advertiser prices were too high...next problem...should I lower the prices? and raise the minimum? I had advice pouring in from all sides..lower the minimum..raise the minimum...lower advertiser prices..raise advertiser prices..everyone and there grandma had something to say..So I finally followed the most advice, and it turned out to be the wrong one..I have now lowered the advertiser prices, and lowered the minimum back to $5.00..

sounds sensible - im a member and will stay a member... I think everybody should give this one a chance to get started properly... I mean everybody can run into difficulties in the beginning - keep working on your program momof3 and it will work out for everybody (i hope!)

Thanks for your support...I'm not out to scam anyone...I'm just new at this and maybe following the wrong advice..I want to make this work for everyone...I don't get fazed easy or upset...I find no need to be rude to people even if they're rude to me..Life is too short. I hope people will stick with it, and give me a chance, and if not than that's alright too...I have over 1020 members already, and still growing..I must be doing something right to even have the majority stay on after screwing this up in the beginning..So thanks to all the brave ones who stuck..lol
Like I said, I'm not out to scam anyone, but I'll let people think what they want:-)...I won't try to change anyone's mind, just wanted to say thanks to all the loyal and supportive members:-)

I am sticking to your program too. But you should try to make the links work in the emails that you send.
Good luck!

That's the one thing I don't understand...I send my links to myself in another email to test them out beforehand, and they work perfectly for me...I talked to some other people, and they also work great for them...don't understand why some can click on it, and some can't

Thank you Momof3! I'm happy again! I will stick with you. Don't worry, you'll get the hang of it.
I have found that I can copy and paste the links in my browser to get them to work. Some links work and some don't. Not sure why.
I have a suggestion. I'm not a webmaster or anything but some of the webmasters of other programs are selling advertising in auctions on Ebay and AuctionsKingdom. I have won a few and am very happy with the results so far! This will get you some member's ads and give you a feeling for what people are willing to pay for advertising.
Thanks again!!

Terry,
I posted to another forum with a downline builder that I belong to (Big Big Savings) , informing members of your decision to lower the payout minimum back to $5.00.
Thanks for doing this. I'm sticking with your program and I wish you great success.
Please take advantage of the resources in GPF for program owners, in terms of help with scripts, e-mail problems, etc. They're great!

Thanks everyone once again for all your support:-)..I'm working on getting a bunch of paid email out to you asap.
Now I ran into another problem..Someone just emailed me stating that they tried to log in and it said they weren't a member...They also had 80 Referrals..I'm not accussing anyone at all, but I was unsure if maybe they unsubscribed in anger because of me changing payout before, and now I'm keeping it at $5.00 minimum Payout. Noone else told me that they couldn't login anymore. I'm doing my best to figure out what happened, and get to the bottom of it..How does someone just disappear from being a member without unsubscribing or being deleted?
Once again, my apologies with the changes from before...I now have 1067 people who have joined, and will be getting out some paid ads soon:-)

Maybe these psorgrams who are struggling needs some help advertising to get advertisers in to help bring cash in. Some programs need a catch phrase or something like that to attract members and advertisers. I just joined your program yesterday, momof3. Just let me know if I can come up with a catch phrase or something for you.

There have been someone stealing other people's passwords lately, and deleted them from these programs. This could have happened to this person as well.

Hi momof3,
I just emailed you with my info. No, I did not unsubscribe at all. I hope I wasn't hacked!
Come to think of it though, I was suddenly unsubscribed from Tombmailer about two weeks ago too. What do I do if I am a victim of a hacker? Does anyone know?

Well, first of all announcing that you have 89 referrals in a program in a public forum is not the greatest of ideas.

There are ways. Webmasters can contact the FBI. Two, try and track the ip numbers of who is who is getting onto the site. Compare the ip numbers between the members and whoever unsubscribe them. If the person who unsubscribed members have a different ip number than the m\embers, then Bingo, you got the hacker to report them to the LE officials.

I'm sorry, but most webmasters do have a life and don't have all day to sit around and call the FBI. We have families and jobs just like everyone else. And I don't think there is a way to track who unsubscribed who either.

I've been thinking. I don't want to accuse anyone falsely, but could the one hacking us be the same one who signed us up for Earnewithpaul and Cosmic Wealth? I mean that person had access to our user names and passwords and signed us up.
Incidently, I went to all my PTRE programs and changed all my passwords. I just hope this helps.

You should always use different passwords for all your sites.

You may have to to catch these hackers and put them behind bars. You could wind up being liable if you do not do nothing to help catch them i9f they steal money from your members and advertisers.

99% of hacking and deleting accounts is due to carelessness on members part. They are the ones who use the same password with every site. If they did use different passwords every time, then yes I would look into it. Poor planning and judgement on their part does not necessarily constitute an emergency on mine.
