I am really tired of paying for upgraded memberships because of the extraordinary offers at the time of the payment only to have everything change midstream. Not naming names because it has happened with almost every upgrade. I think that site owners should give the ugraded member whatever was promised to them at the time they upgraded. Changes should be made that would take effect to the new upgrade at the time of signup but the ones that paid more and were promised certain benefits should be honored....

I agree with you. I run EmailMatters and upgraded members get a lot of respect. I hardly ever take a way anything from the list of benefits. Sometimes, I'd like to, but I'd feel it's just wrong. Regularly I add to the list or if parts of the program changes, I substitute something or ask the upgraded members what they would like to see.
