Owner now decides to make member payments once per month only, asking members to make payment requests on 26th-31st of every month. Payment requests made before those dates will be placed on pending & payment sent at end of month.

QUOTE
You know I already sent several mails for payment requests . Of course it changed a bit, but lot of people are still sending me empty requests and even several requests a week ...

So, sorry, but I need to change this .

I will remain a no minimum payout, no panic :-)
But for now on, I will make payment at end of each months, so if you want to get paid, send me a request at the end of the month ...

Let say between 26th and 31 of each month.

Requests received will be done.

Incomplete requests will be charged 1 cent as usual but will be processed to the account indicated in your profile. So if you don't want to loose that cent, simply pout your account detail and amount and it will be done without fee.

Requests made outside time schedule will be placed in a pending folder but will NOT be processed until the end of current month.

I will now go and change the terms and faq and request to be sure everyone knows it .

I do that just because I need time to live my life and expand Golden-Tools, it's now a full week  I am almost unable to do anything but pay members ...

I was going to make my site a no minimum payment, but I thought just that was going to happen. So I just decided to give everyone a $2 sign up bonus instead.

Instead of having a no minimum payout, why not just make it 50 cents or a $1.00 or do it like webearners and pay monthly regardless of the account balances. You know that people are going to be requestin 1 cent if you a no minumum payout.
