I have since a couple of day's problems with ratemail.

When my points have to be credited I get this:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'

Type mismatch: 'pay'

And when I try to see my earnings page I get this message:

What's happening ????????

I have a lot of referals under me.... is that the problem (149). Or is there a problem with their server???

I contacted every day the webmaster but...... NO RESPONSE !!! And I lost around 20 tasks by this problem (that's only 2cent but 1490% of 2cent is a bit more).

me too. I've contacted them twice and am getting no response as well.

I just recently signed up with them but I am having no problems. I can see my points earned page and my referrals. It also has several new tasks listed to complete today.

I have contacted them several times, to retrieve my password, but have gotten no response. I have stopped clicking their tasks, and haven't heard from them for a while now.

I get the same problem, I've been paid three times to my E-Gold.
Maybe they screw your account after you cash -out, sort of like Spedia did to many people when they did their 3rd cash-out.
Has any one who's getting this problem cashed out more than one time?

i have cashed out and have no problem at all ... and they paid pretty fast couple hours later i got my e-gold...

I emailed a friend of mine who just recently signed up under me and she says she can see her earnings. I even tried to use a different browser and Istill get the same error page. This sounds like another EmailTreasures.

now i can see my eaenings finally.
but it is so funny.
there is -500 points in my account.

I can finally access mine as well, only to find a balance of 0 (missing 565pts). I'll wait and see what happens before I click anymore links. I should have quit this one after the 1st 3 weeks with no mail.

I still am not getting any stupid e-mails from them. Not a single one.

They couldn't fix the mailer (I guess) so you have to go to the site and log-in to do the tasks. That worked for me for a short time than I kept getting the VB Error. Their technical expertise leaves alot to be desired for a web-based business.

Hey, some time ago they sent an email to all members saying that they will no loger send emails with tasks. Now you have log in and you will get a list of tasks, kinda like nitroclicks.

I never recieved that e-mail at all.

I have gotten paid by Ratemail 5 times already (2 cents each time). I have only 6 referrals and am running Windows XP. Perhaps you all should be a bit more patient.

Right after their launch, they gave me reply within a few hours. But NOT NOW! As many people have mentioned here, I also lost 3,000+ points.

I once have requested them to redeem my earnings. They didn't pay. I finally got their support email address, then I sent email. THEY REPLIED "We tried to send money thru e-gold, but due to something wrong with your e-gold account, money has been bounced back"

Even though I had just received some money from another PTS program thru e-gold just a few hours ago, they gave me this kind of STUPID EXCUSE.

It seems NO WORTH being a member with them.

hi..all. I had got paid from ratemail twice before, however, I requested the third payment last week, so far....., they haven't paid me.........i think this is something against their TOS lol...............48 hours fast payment.....
