the webmaster have answered us, and the scripter will look for the problem.
we really lost about 1000 referals :-(((

Not to sound cynical or anything but it wouldnt even matter because you only get 1% of your referrals earnings in levels 2 to 10.

It is weird, that it would happen to some people and not to others :confused:

And I gotta say, from a monetary standpoint, Chris you have a point about the 1%, but personally, I always took it much harder when I lost referrals than that I lost the money that went along with them. Even the loss of 1 referral hurts me a little bit somehow. I know, I am a sentimental fool... :biggrin:

Its due to tjguitar85 unsubscribing, I also lost 100's of referrals becuse of it, There is a complaint in this forum:

I lost everybody from level 5 to 10 (not 1000, it is more like 20-25). I was on TJ's 4th level. Even TJ unsubscribed wouldn't have caused that. Something else have happened.
It means nothing though. All those 1% referrals don't do a thing to your earing. I will rather have 60% on 1st level and nothing else
If I have lost 1000 direct referrals I would have yelled.

They are sending 0.1 and 0.2 cents email. I will not treasure those level 6+ referrals.

I have now lost ALL my referrals, every single one on EVERY tier. I am genuinely upset by this. Even if tjguitar did cause this by unsubscribing, I don't blame him--what sort of crummy system is it where if one person quits the whole referral system collapses? Am I just an ###### to feel this way? Because to me, this system is ludicrous! You mean they have NO way of "moving up" everyone else when someone leaves?
Anyway, I REALLY want to quit that program now, espec. because of the crummy pay rate of the e.mails. But will I wreck anyone else's downline? Will I just be trapped there or what? It's all nebulous and stupid.

TJ didn't cause all the problem. He was my upline. I lost everybody from levels 5 to 10. Either somebody resigned or got deleted. Or it may just be a hidden bug in the script. Apparently the same thing happened in LetterWealth

i am the webmaster of BigCashMail. I am sorry to see that only one of you emailed myself, who himself said got a reply. Which i might add was within a couple of hours of reciept.
I have only just seen this thread hence have not replied sooner. I would like to say BigCashMail is just over a month old and have already paid 4 members out.
I admit the email amounts are currently small but when they are all been funded out of my own pocket you can see why. I cannot help the CAC script that deletes everyones referals But the member asked to be unsubscribed so what else can i do. I would laso like to point out level one pays 50% which is a lot more than others.

In defense of Neil and his program, I'd like to add something that I've been meaning to post for a while...I wrote webmaster@bigcashmail after I made that post about losing all my referrals, and I got a very prompt reply (presumably from Neil?) as to what had happened. He said that one reason for this happening could be bounced mails from a full mailbox. I realized shortly thereafter that this must have been what happened with me (I was moving around that time, and wasn't cleaning my mailboxes as I should have been). I understand the reason for having this policy, and I was satisfied with the explanation.
Rather than starting over and trying to rebuild a downline, which I have done with some other programs, I decided to quit BigCashMail because the links paid relatively little (again, I do understand why this is so, but I only have so much time in a day and I belong to many other PTR which are more lucrative).
Just wanted to clarify that, yes, the response to my query was swift and clearly-stated, and I didn't just lose my downline for some arbitrary reason.
