Well i had after trying to get in conact for some weeks a reply to my emailadress...yet no reply in support forum. I waited 2 months for a little cashout of 4,55. I emailed and it comes in return ...see forumsupport. of the site. I try to send thru ads contact. In the end i had an answer that my cashout was going to come last weekend. But im still waiting, and contact email dont work , no answer in support forum even when i see responses on the other sites VM of E-mailvalue owns. Let me now how you have it with payouts. Or its me that is in bad luck.

sus, I don't think it's just your bad luck. Awhile back I attempted to use the contact form and the EMV support forum to address a tech issue with the program,
which was NOT an issue that could be found in the FAQ or suport folder.

I never did get a response from either of those contacts. Finally, I posted the same issue in the general discussion folder to see if anyone else was having the same technical problem. Only then did Dana respond and get the problem resolved.

IMO, EMV and z-cash have really went downhill in the past few months: less emails, less PTCs (unless you search), longer wait for payouts. All that and also not getting a response in a timely manner--well, I just don't know what's going on with Dana.

Thanks for the answer...so i understand its more then me having trouble with this...its a little strange so few people say anything about it...hmmmm wonder why.. I mean a support mail that dont work, no answers until i feel stupid because i try all for to have a contact for to know if they recieved my redemption, delay with over double time in paid time of terms and faq... and no answers in the support forum..

Same problem here. I'm a Platinum member over there and every month I have to wait weeks and weeks for my monthly ads to be sent out......
