We were just notified by PayPal that payment made July 8th, 2002 for a paid ad to 5000 WePaid members worth $32.99 was reversed, due to reports of fraudulent credit card use. Unfortunately, this will affect July\'s email point value. For the benefit of others, the details given were: Buyer\'s Name: Derek Hammond, Buyer\'s Email: crazy66@ssc.edu, Account Type: International - Unverified. After some research we have found that ssc.edu is not a recognized USA edu facility, but is in fact a part of Outblaze from Hong Kong, China.

This has caused us to make the following change: we will not accept payment from an Unverified sender. WePaid will continue to be vigilant against cheats and thieves, to protect our and you the member\'s interests.
