I was at first excited to recieve mail from kidamail signifying their back, until i read this section of their mail

b. Minimum Payout : We are changing our " NO MONTHLY MINIMUM " Payout options to
$ 20 minimum and hope that many of our members

j. $ 1 on 1 st and $ 0.05 on 2 nd tier referral sign up bonus, paid when
referral reaches minimum payout amount.

Yes a $20 minimum payout where u cant get referal bonus until they payout, which is f'n stupid and a joke, they haven't paid any member 1 cent despite being no min request for a month or so. This program is an absolute joke and would be happy if a few members could boycott it. I already sent them an abusive email.

Got that email too. Thought it sucked. Guess its their way of getting out of paying members for Feb and March earnings. Unless of course, you have $20 in your account. Not me!!!!!!

The last email I got before tonight said that my payment was on the way for Feb. Well it is April and I am still waiting for it. It must have a long hard travel for it to take this long. Ha Ha

My payment and your payment ran off to Vegas together. I don't think we will see them again.

Well I hope that they are making us lots of baby dollars then Ha Ha Ha. Would sure like to know how they can continue to use the email address that they are using it is invalid. I sent them an email yesterday and got it back as undeliverable due to a permanent error.

I don't know what they are up to. I think it may be time to unsubscribe. Especially if they are using an invalid email address. Not a good sign.

Afraid I received the same letter. I was wary when I noticed all of the misspelled words. I do believe my 5 year old grandson could have done better. I canceled as soon as I'd read the email. Figured I take my losses and be a little less accepting of new companies from here on out. ai.gif

I am disappointed with Kidamail. I have only about five referrals total in a couple of other programs. I like the programs the have no minimum monthly payout. I was hoping Kidamail would be similar to web-earners and actually pay.

The 20 dollar miminum will be so difficult for me to reach. I think I am going to drop alot of these high-priced programs. I am just giving my upline a fat account. :frown: Twenty dollars is not super horrible but it could possibly take two years. LOL

I hope opt-in pays turns out cool and stuff. They have a no minimum but they have not finished tabulating the payouts or something.

I feel real dumb with all this paid to read stuff. I got crazy with it and I spend so much time on it. I like Tombmailer and PocketJIngle because they are fun. Other ones that have $500 dollar payouts are silly for me to do.

I won't take this stuff so seriously anymore but people spend money getting referrals and that is when it turns into a serious business. I am just a silly housewife clicking away.

I went crazy with PTREMs, too at first. I joined every program I could find at first. Then weeks passed, then even months, with little or no mail from some of them. I realized that I'd never be able to reach minimum payout with most of them, and unsubscribed from some of them. A few of them went under for various reasons, too.

The only reason I haven't dropped some of them is I can cash out for advertising, and haven't decided what to spent it on yet. LOL. I figure at least I can get something out of my clicking at a few of these places.

I joined CashRead and DollarsLove last year, but they have really high payouts. It really doesn't make sense for me to do their mail, but I still do, anyway. I'm close to having enough for some advertising with one of them at least. It shouldn't be much longer before I can get it. I can't even remember if you can cashout for advertising at both of them, or just one.

There's only a few of them that I like, anyway. DBE, Tombmailer, EmailEarners, CashCauldron, & HTMail, basically. I may have forgotten a few, though. I haven't signed up for any new ones for a while. Tombmailers and CashCauldron were about the last ones I joined.

Lately, I've been thinking of just dumping my memberships in all except my favorites, then only joining programs if I can do a referral swap with people. The problem, of course, would be finding something that everybody's not in already, and I would have to like, it, too. LOL.

I've dropped a few MLMs and downline builder progs., already, too. I'm a lot more picky, now about what I join. I don't really want to have to try to get downlines in a hundred different programs just to make a few bucks!

I couldn't become an ebook affiliate and be able to look at myself in the mirror, either. LOL. I really ought to decide what I want to do, and just plug away at it. But I don't want to do what everybody else is doing. I want to do my own thing, I just have to figure out what my own thing is!

Don Philippe
hello everybody,
I am don Philippe, co-founder of Shojomail.com ( GPTREM )
we are re-designing site of kidamail as project and are also members of KIDAMAIL
we contacted them about this hot news and stopped working on site design but the have promised us that they are not scam and will pay members for feb 2002 and march 2002 in this month and change $ 20 payout to $ 10 payout.
I just thought to tell you all this and stop getting a good company to be known as scam

check our HOT program at http://www.shojomail.com

thanks

The ten dollar payout sounds better than the twenty. I know that switching over from points to cents will be better because you can immediately see what you earned.

Kidamail was sending tons of emails when they started. I guess they are new and need time to find advertisers.

Anyway, I know there is no way I could run a paid email program. I think I would go bonkers! I hope someone one day runs a paid to read program called Kitty mail or something. Or how about Furry Bucks! And they would have a cat mascot and stuff. LIke Eworld Genie has the lady! If anyone actually does that they could have wallpaper downloads and junk.

Oh, I went off on a tangent sorry. :/

No minimum, $20.00, now $10.00, Points, now cents.
It seems to me that some of these companies are run by kids with nothing better to do. No business plan, no idea, just toddle along and when it suits them (note not their members), they just change to the detriment of members.
There are a few notable exceptions that actually change their terms to the benefit of their members (the ones that are obviously looking at what their competitors are doing and matching or bettering their terms). GetPaidWatch, Cash4Hits, TopdollarEmails, PenniesByEmails come to mind.
Ah well what can we do except vote with our modems and unsubscribe. The better ones will last and the mickey mouse companies will disappear.
Brenda@PJ
When I first started the guy from Kidamail emailed me asking me if I would promote his paid to signup offers stating that he had a great reputation for paying.. lol! Good thing I waited!

I read your compliment, Mel, thx! I ain't blushin', I roll in positive strokes like any good cat.. lol!
Byzantine
Some of them probably are run by kids, or at least people who don't really have any idea of how to run a company. If you've got under $200, you can start a CAC site. There's no competency test to see if you can run it properly, LOL.

I figure some of them will get some valuable experience running their own business for the first time, and will improve things in time.

(Oh BTW,DBE also changed things to the members benefit, when they dropped payout from $1.00 to 80 cents!)

Less than $200 is really cheap.. most can affort it. I remember last time when I run my business using the domain which I am now using for personal homepage, I bought the dedicated server and all expenses ended up to be about US$1250, monthly hosting fee was around US$150/month.
Byzantine
Ouch! $150.00 a month just for hosting? That sounds outrageous. If it was me, I'd rather get an account on a fast adult server with unlimited bandwidth, and just pay to get the horrid amounts of tacky, amateurish porno ads removed, LOL.

You are wrong, I bought a server NOT an account, I can run accounts.

Remember this is server hosting... I bought the server to run on their T1 line, not domain/webhosting, meaning I can sell 100 web hosting accounts & host for you on my server for you. Also run pop3 e-mail accounts, eggdrop bots, IRC servers, etc, full administrator access.

The server was in USA and they made sure my server stays up 24/7.
