i am very much against cheating in most circumstances but in spedia's case ,they have flagged my account without reason, now i feel that this is ######, their program sux, and the reason they have 60c/hour rates is because they eat up members cash. when people go back to cheat the ###### out of them because they did this dont u feel they deserve it, and their support staff is non-existant, has anybody actuallly had a (harsh) word to the CEO, or is it possible to do so in any way?

Don't be so angry. My account was also flagged a few months ago. I have written to them about that but all I got is some negative response. But out of a sudden, they reactivate my account and I got back my $200 just yesterday!

I have never had my account flaged, however every time I know an honest person working for them they have rectified the situation.

If you have not been cheating I do believe you will get your money. Call them, tell them the problem and your situation will be fixed if your have not been cheating.

Their software is smart enough to recognize cheaters, and when you have not been cheating they can surely see that from the referral links you have given them.

Do not put Spedia down because your flag came up. Its simply a good "anti cheat" precaustion they take!

Andrew, you are just the lucky one who hasn't been flagged. They have poor response with email, you probably can't able to get any reasonable reply from them. Do you know their number?

Problem is, they don't have a support team at all. Send them an email, you get and autoresponse. They may get back to you in 2 months. They call you a cheater, but in the same email they invite you to create another account? That's a bit odd, don't you think.

People have been flagged for using notepad.exe. EDITED I have that cheat on my computer right now.

True it may be the case now as I have not tried to deal with them in months...

However, I did deal with them a while ago. I found their number somewhere and called them up. Problem solved, rectified solution. This was when spedia had been only a month or two old though...

Spedia is the one of the worst programs out there. I didn't not let Spedia have a chance to flag me. After a dear friend was flagged twice for cheating and lost everything she had built up, I resigned from them. Their software doesn't catch cheaters, it catches innocent users. People who don't use their Spedia account have been labelled cheaters. What, is Spedia telepathic and they detected a cheating thought? Spedia also labels people who deviate from "normal" surfing patterns as cheaters - have a hard time sleeping and so spend the night on the computer? To Spedia you are a "cheater." Those people who get paid have been lucky so far, their number will come up. Spedia's policies guarantee it.

Do not be fooled like I was! There is a difference between being flagged and not being payed. I have had several - temporary- problems with them at times and after wasting time e-mailing them they were "resolved". Yet, when I asked for a check, I got the same reply like many others. They claimed that I have cheated and refused to pay. Note that most of the money I had made was from sign-ups to programs (and spending of my money!) which makes it even worse!
I intend to start a campaign against them. If you have also being cheated by Spedia email me so that we can organise our efforts. You do not need to waste time with this. Just be part of it and help spread the word. Please e-mail me asap for directions!
