i am supposed to be paid by tasias today. have requested since Feb and today when i log into my account, it says ' sorry for the delay...'

when am i getting paid?? mad.gif
alima
somebody said that they won't pay now.
lucha
Same thing happened to me yesterday:
I asked for my money in Jan-Feb, then they told me that the payement will be in Oct. 30.
When I saw the "request payement" screen, it appeared "sorry but the payements are delayed" or something like that.
Not fair at all...
What is going to happen??

Tasias is currently averaging payments of approx $80 per day (averaging 2 members each day receiving around $40 each). When you consider the stated size of the membership it is going to take a long, long time for folks to be paid at the present rate. There are people who post to this forum who have been waiting a year or more.

My suggestion is to do one of two things:
either
- give up on Tasias without resigning, click on links occasionally to stop yourself being deleted for inactivity ... and wait patiently in the hope that you will be one of the lucky ones and get paid one day.
or
- use your Tasias "earnings" to advertise for other sites that can earn you money.

Do checkout GPTBoycott (link in my signature) which has a lot more info on peoples difficulties with Tasias (Tasias are boycotted).

cheers

June?

Thats nothing laugh.gif

I requested $167 in Decmber "last" year

I was supposed to be paid in April, this was then moved to July, then September and now I just get "sorry for the delay"

I did email Len (the WM) about this several times and with my last email (back in September) I actually got a response, I got $30 of the money I was supposed to be paid in APRIL.

I wouldn't mind, I've also given up using Tasias for advertising, as my last two adverts have cost me about $70 to send to the top of the pile, you know how many referrals I got out of them? NONE.

I totally give up

The ironic thing is, I actually received TWO emails today telling me I had earned $30 and $80 in referral earnings laugh.gif what use that is I don't know, as I can't be bothered advertisng and by the time I get ALL my account paid, I'll be too old to do anything with it.

I want to second Brian's sentiment that Tasias isn't too good for advertising..

Now, I recognize that some people have gotten fantastic results using Tasias to advertise. I haven't. I tried advertising Electric Blue Clicks when it first came out; I bought 5000 views and not one referral signed up. I tried sending out searches; the results were miserable.

Why the heck should I spend $70 or more of Tasias money to advertise a search and get nothing, when I can spend $5 advertising a search at Mec-co-op and get over $8?

The remaining balance I have in Tasias I've used to purchase views of my ECF page. I'm not sure what I'll do after that..
