I wanted to say that I think it's about time to the mods aply new rules to the Referral Exchange forum. I think all the posts in the "looking for an upline" should have a limited time, for example, 3 hours.
I am EDITED BY A MOD tired of this newbies that go there and say that they want to join a program, wait for offers a hole day, and then come back and start bumping their topics saying "anyone else", "anyone else", until they can get a $5 or $6 sign up bonus, and then run away without being active.
What do you think?

my thoughts (as a member of this forum NOT as a mod)
do away with it all together
the "active" members earned from it are few and far between.. now I have an insight into PTR and deal with requests daily where I have to disappoint people by telling them "I'm afraid none of your downline are active"
its depressing
spend the money by sending out ads .. the chances of getting a few actives seem to be better than this

PS from an insiders view - right now we have hundreds of "pending" p2signups on sanitarium mail that will NEVER be credited because they are either faked/not active/can't speak or read info to send in the right information, these are the type of people users are paying everyday.. its a shame a few ruin it for all..

Actually if you see them bumping their posts like that report it in the complaints folder there about them post bumping.
It is one thing that isnt allowed to be done.

well my thoughts on this is we should all do away with the sign up bonus and only pay on performance as to say you get 1.00 when you cash out 2.00 or whatever that way they would have to be active to be paid
what do you think should the mods make a rule no signup bonus

I like the perform bonus a lot better than the signup bonus.
I have only used the upline thread once.... but has stayed active.... But I could see how to get rid of cheats by making it a perform bonus.
That way I would use the threads as well to get referrals, as of now I dont intent to as its toooo risky. I already got burned paying for signups in here.

But even the perform bonus, that's not the point... The point is: Every post should be timed...

What I'm tired of is people who have been long-time of members of this forum ragging on newbies. If you don't trust anyone to be an honest referrel then don't look for referrels and offer bonuses. Its very simple. Otherwise, leave the rest of us alone.
Adding here, when I look for an upline, I usually give it about 2 hours. Not everyone is like me, but however, what it sounds like you're saying, is you're mad cause people are outbidding you for referrels. Of course someone is going to take the highest offer. Its like an auction, shall we do away with Ebay too? Thats just my honest opinion.

No we have to follow the rules like EVERYONE else on this forum
The fact that there are newbies who are continuously asking for more bids just to get the amount raised means they are only interested in the money.
I think something like within the Auction folder is needed. You have to post the length of time of the exchange. After that you cant go in and post for more bids, you have to take what bid interests you the most, and it is NOT always the highest.

maybe you guys could start offering activity bonus and do away with the signup bonus, something like 10 cents for every dollar a referral personally earns or something..

I know it's an auction, and I see that people can outbid my offers, but the thing is... all auctions ends in a specific time, right? =)
