Since the last problems with refferal earnings (negative account balance) I am not getting any money for my refferals. I have more then 1000 refs on all levels but my refferal earnings did not change for a long time. Is it just me or do all of you have this problem? The webmaster did not answer my email about it.

Jazmyni---(Dana)---just took over the site(If I remember correctly). She is probably tweaking the system.....give her some time---hopefully she will be here herself to answer your question tho.......

Yes, I know that CR has a new owner, but it didn't happen yesterday.

Or you would of had the answer to this instead of running to complaints.

Yeah you got that right Dana. I have a current issue with another site and I posted in their support folder. It was a week of unsatifcatory responses what little there was before I posted an official complaint here. People should give the po a chance to see what gives.

As the person who started this thead was still in here when I posted that so he read it and I checked my email and support folder and there was nothing from him on this matter.

I am all for it and have come here myself If somone refuses to deal with an issue but to not even give soemone a chance

Wow that was pretty rude. But I have all seen that sometimes you can go to the support folder and you still don't get an answer. Also I am not sure how well he knows the site but it took me awhile to find the support folder. They way it is listed in the drop down it says paid to read. So I wasn't really looking for it there. When someone told me go to the supoort folder I keep looking for something that said suport folder.
I don't evan think he came here screaming or was rude or said anything wrong.

At anytime anyone can Email if they have a question
I only send links out Paid ones to support folder in the emails about 2 days ago
I also added to The Site On top of every page Complaints/Praise section and what to do if you have either to assist
In addtion thier is a link to the support folder in this forum in every email I sent

When did you send this email? I belong to more than one of Dana's sites and I have had issues with her sites and ALWAYS got a response to every email, post in her support folder, and private message I ever sent her. Even when her lil girl was in the hospital I got answers to my questions. I think Dana is one of the best webmasters out there.

I've sent this email a few days ago using contact form on CashRoyal's site. If Dana didn't get it then it's not my fault that the contact form is not working properly. I am not the only person who has those problems with refferal earnings, and it's been quite a long time since the problem occured. She's doing nothing to fix it and if someone is pointing that out she's replying in rude and agressive style instead of trying to help. That's not the way a good webmaster acts. Dana - you could learn a lot from the former owner of CashRoyal.

Once again if you bothered to read the support folder which I said has explained where people had issues, I responded, contacted John for Support and Reposted the resolutions to the issue. I also said in emails that the script was fixed. Eanrings dont Show INSTANTLY when its fixed. Cron jobs need to run and other things.

I checked my email before I responded the FIRST time here and there were No email messages from you that I saw in my inbox and others emails are coming threw with no problems

Once again I would ask that in the future if you have an issue with Cashroyal and you feel that you dont get an email response. There is a Link in EVERY email to the support folder here, as well as a Link in the Header of the site that shows on EVERY PAGE that for complaints or praise and the steps I would ask anyone to take.

I have no problem with people coming to the complaint folder for not only my sites but any site, AFTER You have alteast tried the suggested steps to resolve your issue and give Any webmaster a chance to Fix the issue.


And as for following the other webmasters lead... I will reserve comment. Hes not Here...... I am smile.gif . Things happen for a reason. And you only "think" you know one side of the coin....
