What was their explaination as to why they deleted you? I guess it's not AYS style to respond to your concern. Is there anything that you may have done to contravene their terse terms? After all AYS seems to be millions of dollars in debt (by my calculation). Does anyone else know or figured out how many AYS members have not been paid and are still hoplessly waiting? If AYS is a scammer then; Why hasn't AYS been blackballed by all the decent WMs by now? Can we assume that any WM that does allow AYS ads to be advertised on their site to also be a scammer? <_< |

In some of my sites they have been banned... They stated that they would not run ads for that site. So some have, others probably just want the $$$ for the ads. Banning a site means less money. So to the ones that ban the bad ones.. I say GOOD JOB!!!!

Yes, I guess the primary concern is the need for the "Almighty Buck"! It's difficult for a real "Honest WM" to survive in PTR without Ads promoting PTRs that are well known by most veteran PTR addicts as "This is one PTR that Will Not Pay 99% of their Members". <_< |

please go to AYS forum and ask why you have been deleted...
they will tell you your mistake and also the Terms... they have reasons to deleted the members every time i saw anyone complaining... why don?t people read the terms? |

This is an example: Birthday 21 May 1988 You must be 16 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws or if banned by the AYS PTR Program. |

Perhaps AYS did not know that this member was under 18.. Perhaps AYS looked into the possibility that the member is from a country not listed as allowed to do Searches? The member seems to be from one of the former Iron Curtain Countries.. Which one is it? Poland? <_< |

I am not a member nof AYS but I allow them to be advertised in one ear I hear that someone was deleted and then in the other I hear that 5 people got paid. AYS is a welcome program to be advertised on my site as far as I am concerned. |

This is a very interesting section of AYS Terms Cookies - Deletion or Blocking of harmless/informational cookies that AYS uses to track your earnings and other neccessary information, will result in immediate deletion of your membership, forfeiting all priviledges and earnings accumulated. What does that mean? So if you use Spybot or Ad Aware to clean your computer every once in a while AYS can delete you for that also???? If so, why doesn't AYS include which cookies AYS uses to track the information AYS needs so that a member would know not to delete the AYS Cookies? AYS seems to be all too complicated interwined with terse double legalspeak in the terms section. The simplest part is AYS implying if you don't like it - tough - don't bother joining! This must impress a lot of members who actually are capable of comprehending the English language. Poor pity the ones who scarcely grasp it.. But the real issue here is; Will AYS ever pay 99% of the 33,000 Sign Ups who can easily and do reach Cash Out in less than 60 days? Members are deleted and other new members seem to join at +/- 300 to 500 almost every day. Will anyone expand on that issue other than deflecting or sidetracking to niitty bitty details that are just raindrops into a vast ocean of unsustainability a.k.a. inability to pay out to the members who signed up with optimism and have already become more than pesimistic and with good reason. $199,000 in $50 payouts in 17 months as displayed openly at the AYS site only implies that less than 4000 members have been paid. What about the other 29,000 members who are clicking for thin air? I get the feeling that that is a dead end issue here thus the complaints about AYS and perhaps all other similar PTRs should cease altogether. But I assume that the Soap Opera will go on and on and on... A newbie would ask.. "Is this a chat site for most.." Nothing much really seems to be resolved. <_< |
